Bed, table, chair, lights (ceiling and tabletop) if needed. Share bathroom with an occasional family guest. Walk to M&M and other trails and brooks. Great hiking, x-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Must be reasonably quiet and clean, and comfortable with 2 indoor cats. Carpool ride to Amherst College, UMass, or downtown Amherst most mornings and evenings if wanted. No smokers or party people please. We're very respectful of privacy but you'll be happily welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, living room and 1/2 downstairs bath, as well as porch and patio.
